Journey Housing Program

We provide transitional housing assistance and supportive services for homeless 18-25 year old adults with disabilities who are able to live independently.

We can help you learn the necessary skills to obtain and maintain permanent housing.

  • How to maintain a household
  • Help with acquiring permanent housing
  • Help obtaining section 8 or public housing assistance

We can help you learn the necessary skills to obtain and retain employment.

Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG)

Homeless Prevention:

  • Rental Assistance: rental assistance and rental arrears
  • Financial assistance: rental application fees, security and utility deposits, utility payments, last month's rent, moving costs
  • Services: housing search and placement, housing stability case management, landlord-tenant mediation, tenant legal services, credit repair

Rapid Re-Housing:

  • Rental Assistance: rental assistance and rental arrears
  • Financial Assistance: rental application fees, security and utility deposits, utility payments, last month's rent, moving costs
